Potatoes and chicken
Ingredients: Potatoes, chicken breasts or legs, butter and spices (salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil and parsley).
Preparation
- Wash the chicken and put them in an oven pot.
- Bake at 350 ? 400 degrees for 1 hours while turning the chicken every 15 minutes.
- Turn the temperature of the oven into broil and bake for 5 minutes to give the chicken the golden color.
- Take the chicken out and add the potatoes into the oven pot and bake for 45 minutes at 350 to 400 degrees while turning the potatoes over every 10              minutes.

Pastissou
Ingredients: Elbow macaroni, meat sauce, flour, butter, milk, spices (salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano,  basil and parsley).
Preparation:
Boil the elbow macaroni until it is almost done (10 to 13 minutes).
- Put a ½ cup of butter in a pot, add to it 1 cup of milk and then heat and stir to mix the butter and milk.
- Add flour while you stir until the mixture become creamy.
- Add the macaroni to 2 to 3 cups of meat sauce and 2 spoons of the cream you made.
- Add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to the mix and stir until it blends well.
- Put the mixture in a baking container and cover it with the cream.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 350 to 400 degrees
- Turn the temperature of the oven to broil and bake for 3 to 5 minutes to give it the golden color.
